Our second digital programme finished in November and we could not be more proud of the families who took part and stayed committed throughout the programme! So well done to you!

With Christmas just around the corner, it can be a time where we indulge foods and sugary drinks. As you know, we are always talk about having a balanced diet and eating everything in moderation.
