Covid-19 Update

At Spark we want to make sure we are doing everything possible to support families in Buckinghamshire. That’s why we are continuing to develop and improve our digital programme. Our team has worked very hard throughout the pandemic to be able to bring Spark into your home and make it as fun and engaging as possible.

We are always looking at ways to run the physical programmes again whilst making sure children and parents are as comfortable and safe as possible. We are currently gathering feedback from families and health professionals while continuing to assess the return of physical programmes.

This is something we will do with all the government guidelines and the needs of families in mind.

When attending a digital programme, families will still get all the same support, information and guidance, but it can be completed in the comfort of their own home. We cover healthy eating, exercise and mindfulness, it’s just all on a screen. Don't just take our word for it, take a look at some feedback below from one of our families who has attended one of our digital programmes:

'It is so great Spark are offering a digital option. Travel has always been an issue for us and being able to do the programme at home, in our own time has been amazing. The level of support we get is amazing and I know the team are always there to help me if I need it. So thank you Spark team!'

So if you are a family who would like support with healthier lifestyles or you are a health professional who would like to refer, we are still able to help! Just click the 'Contact Us' button and let us know how we can help you!

Eating Right

The food we eat can be both nutritious and delicious. A balanced variety of food is important as we grow and develop. You’re more likely to feel energetic and happy which supports your ability to concentrate and learn.

Spark believe you should be able to enjoy a balanced diet with great tasting foods.  Learning about healthy eating during childhood helps to support and reinforce children in making healthier choices as an adult.  At Spark, we strive to make healthy living fun and interesting for all of our participants.
